Jada: Bean and Frank Bake

The other day I bought too many hotdogs so I made them into a hot dish that’s really easy to make. The crew said they loved it. While I just dump until it looks right, I will give you the original recipe…

Bean and Frank Bake

2 8 ½ oz Pkgs. corn bread/ muffin mix
1 can (28 oz) baked beans
8 hot dogs cut into slices
½ lb sliced cooked bacon
1 cup ketchup
½ c packed brown sugar
½ c chopped onion
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Prepare corn bread batter according to instructions and set aside. Combine all the rest of the ingredients with the exception with the cheese. Place in a 9×13 in pan and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Pour corn bread batter over top. Bake uncovered at 400 for 40 mins to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
