Emma: Workin’ on Combines

Emma_thumbnailThe wheat is late. Not the first time I’ve heard this statement. Last year around this time, we were done with wheat in Oklahoma, and ready to move north on the harvest trail. As you’ve read in my previous post, we have next to nothing to harvest in Okla. Sad, but true. We do however have repairs to attend to, whether it is on our own combines, or surrounding farmers.

Here’s a few pictures of what we’ve been doing.

My nephew Leslie helps by running tools as well, but here he’s just having fun!

That’s right! August is back for his second year at Misener Family Harvesters. We enjoy having him around. You can’t miss his sense of humor!

Be safe and God bless!
