Jada: A Mouse at Kaidence’s house…errr camper

Jada_thumbnailAfter a short week-long stint in Colby, Kan., Hoffman Harvesting was unable to harvest any wheat. The dry conditions the area received made the decision for several farmers in the area. Yields held steady around the 10 -15 bu./ac. While a few harvesters were actually able to harvest at this stop, the campground was full more because harvesters had no where else to go. There wasn’t any acres to pick up and their next stop was a long way off.

While in Colby, we celebrated another special day. Kaidence’s 4th birthday! We decided to celebrate at this stop as there were several kids to make her day extra special. Here are some photos of this day that had us singing the “hot dog” song!
