Jada: Harvest Heritage Depicted in Goodland Museum

Jada: Harvest Heritage Depicted in Goodland Museum

Nicknamed the Golden Buckle on the Wheat Belt, the city of Goodland, Kan. has some interesting displays that depict their harvest heritage. While back in the day this was high tech, it has me wondering how long it took them to harvest a field with that one row corn picker!

I also doubt the brothers would be adhering to the Kansas DOT rules in place today. I can imagine all the harvesters today congregating for something like this! Or at least using videos, pictures and texts to discuss this. It’s amazing how much modern technology has helped us harvesters!
