01 Aug Jenna: Prepping for a move to Montana
Each time we move to a new stop, it takes two trips to get all of the equipment there. Because the weather has been uncooperative here in Colorado and the wheat is nearly ready at our stop in Montana, we are making our first trip to Montana tomorrow. We will take the trailer house, grain truck and two vehicles; leaving the combine, semi and tool truck here in Colorado. This way, my sisters and I can stay in Montana while my parents come back to Colorado, cut the small amount of wheat we have left (which will hopefully be dry by then), and then finish the move to Montana. Doing this will help us avoid spending several days on the road when we could be cutting.
