26 Jun Emma: Welcome Jerry from DuPont

The Misener crew had a FANTASTIC surprise when Jerry from DuPont showed up with lunch. Now, I know we all appreciated the meal immensely, but I think the one who enjoyed it the most was mom. He brought us sandwiches and drinks along with cookies to boot. It was delicious!

We had a great visit with Jerry. We talked about everything from wheat to how we need rain. The funny thing is, every time we make our move to South Dakota we drive right past his house. 😉 It is a small world.

Jerry also came bearing gifts. There’s nothing like a new lunch cooler. Thank you so much Jerry, and DuPont. He also left the big cooler he brought full of cold beverages that everyone enjoyed while working in the hot sun that afternoon cleaning machines. We couldn’t ask for a better visitor.

Thanks Jerry for coming out, bringing us a fabulous lunch, and for the nice conversation. We all would enjoy another visit, anytime.
