14 Jun Emma: Fields of Oklahoma

Driving down the road in this region of Oklahoma, instead of seeing wheat field after wheat field blowing in the wind, we see bale after bale. This year around 90 percent of wheat acres in this part of Okla. have been baled up or tilled under. It is a little bittersweet seeing every field look the way it does. I like seeing the bales, but I miss seeing the waving fields.
